TO WHICH COUNTRIES DOES WILD MUSTANG-THE HORSE GALLERY DELIVER?

Delivery within Germany is handled by DHL; outside Germany, delivery is only available upon request.

HOW LONG DOES THE DELIVERY TIME TAKE?

Delivery takes up to approximately 6 working days.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

We offer free shipping.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?

We accept PayPal, bank transfer or cash payment upon collection.

HOW ARE THE FRAMES PACKED?

To ensure your framed photograph arrives safely, each picture frame is delivered in a resealable individual package. The picture frames are then packed securely in a custom-made shipping box.

WHAT DO I DO IN CASE OF A COMPLAINT?

In case of a complaint, please send us an email including 1-2 photos of the defect and the order number to wildmustang@posteo.de or call us directly to discuss further processing.
